I hold three degrees (BS, MBA & PhD) from the Kelly School and I'm proud of my alma mater for its recent accomplishment, but read the P&Q article and identify the specific changes they made to (1) focus on the student as an individual; (2) engage the student as a collaborator in his or her career management process; (3) provide mentored experiences; (4) advance the student's career.
